About the role

  • Create high-quality motion graphics and video content for web, social, and in-store screens.
  • Develop short-form video content (ads, reels, product features) optimized for engagement.
  • Animate digital assets including banners, product highlights, and campaign visuals.
  • Translate static designs into motion, enhancing storytelling and clarity.
  • Execute fast-turnaround edits and iterations based on campaign needs.
  • Ensure consistency across all motion outputs in line with brand guidelines.
  • Produce animations for retail environments, including TV screens, window displays, and digital signage.
  • Support campaign launches with motion assets across multiple channels.
  • Adapt and version motion content for different formats, placements, and markets.
  • Work closely with design and marketing to align motion with campaign direction.
  • Create motion content that highlights product features, usage, and benefits.
  • Edit and enhance video footage for marketing and brand initiatives.
  • Contribute to concept development for motion-led campaigns and content.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver accurate and efficient work.
  • Manage multiple projects with strong attention to deadlines and detail.
  • Maintain organized files, assets, and version control.
  • Communicate clearly on timelines, feedback, and creative direction.
  • Export and deliver final motion assets in required formats and specifications.
  • Ensure accuracy in timing, transitions, typography, and overall visual quality.
  • Review outputs for consistency across platforms and environments.

Requirements

  • 3 – 4-year Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Motion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of motion design or video production experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of motion principles, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Experience creating content for social, web, and retail screens.
  • Ability to work within brand systems while elevating creative through motion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to explain creative decisions.
