About the role
- Provide administrative support to members of the recruitment and onboarding team.
- Partner with Recruiters to sort resumes of candidates for active mandates.
- Provide administrative support for creating job postings, job specifications etc.
- Sorting candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
- Follow up with candidates to advise them on interview schedules.
- Assisting Recruitment team with research, analysis and implementation of programs, reports, and projects.
- Work with HR team to facilitate orientation and onboarding on new employees.
- Report to the Recruitment Lead.
- Other duties shall be assigned as required.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Human Resources, or relevant discipline, required.
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a Recruitment Coordinator role preferred.
- Strong relationship building skills and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Recruitment procedures ATS and practices.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to details.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Resourceful and flexible.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Authorized to work in Canada.
