About the role
- Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands
- Build, manage, and evolve automated flows and segmentation using Klaviyo
- Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and data-driven insights
- Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Review e-mail copy briefs to ensure clarity, alignment, and performance
- Own the campaign calendar and report on weekly KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions)
- Use customer data to identify new opportunities across the lifecycle journey
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer email marketing
- Advanced Klaviyo skills required (flows, segmentation, testing, reporting)
- Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills in English, with a proven ability to work effectively in remote team settings
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Experience turning insights into action to improve performance and engagement
- Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge, paid media experience, or background in lifestyle or wellness brands
