About the role

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands
  • Build, manage, and evolve automated flows and segmentation using Klaviyo
  • Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
  • Review e-mail copy briefs to ensure clarity, alignment, and performance
  • Own the campaign calendar and report on weekly KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions)
  • Use customer data to identify new opportunities across the lifecycle journey

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer email marketing
  • Advanced Klaviyo skills required (flows, segmentation, testing, reporting)
  • Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills in English, with a proven ability to work effectively in remote team settings
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Experience turning insights into action to improve performance and engagement
  • Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge, paid media experience, or background in lifestyle or wellness brands
