About the role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution alignment.
  • Develop process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support agile delivery.
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
  • Conduct impact assessments for system changes and integrations.
  • Assist in defining data requirements, mapping, and reporting needs.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with governance, security, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong technical orientation.
  • Proven ability to work on enterprise-scale applications (ERP, CRM, or custom software).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies (writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Solid experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with SQL for basic data analysis.
  • Nice to Have: Previous exposure to financial, security, or enterprise IT environments.
