Primary customer interface and responsible for maintaining customer focus
Manages execution on the opportunity and maintains inter-group relationships
Responsible for delivery of proposal packages including SOW, project plan, detailed schedule, resources planning
Conducts technical and business presentations to customers
Ensuring deliverables are world-class standard
Projects high levels of confidence and strong technical ability to customers
Embedding a culture of continuously improving & optimizing processes
Measuring, analyzing & taking action to continuously improve customer satisfaction
Responsible for the management of Software Engineers and other Project Managers
Requirements
6+ years engineering experience or management expertise with embedded systems (software and/or hardware)
Demonstrated experience doing Project Management with software safety certification standards such as DO-178C, FACE, IEC61508, IEC62504, ISO26262, etc.
Domestic and international travel up to 10%
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Must be a US citizen
Engineering project and personnel management skills
Direct customer interface experience
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated strength in planning and organization
Experience working with and guiding international teams is a plus
