About the role
- Own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, and OTA media platforms
- Drive hotel and resort bookings, occupancy, and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize large paid media budgets with a strong focus on ROAS and CAC
- Lead and mentor the paid media team and agency partners
- Collaborate with revenue management, CRM, and creative teams
- Track performance, attribution, and conversion funnels end-to-end
Requirements
- 8+ years of paid media experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and booking-driven campaigns
- Experience managing high-budget, multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
