Lead high-impact projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Collaborate with business and technology partners to scope projects, design solutions, and deliver outcomes aligned with business goals.
Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and reports using appropriate tools.
Provide regular status updates to Steering Committees and stakeholders.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, communications, and training.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
PMP, ITIL, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred.
5+ years of technology project management experience in business and IT settings.
Strong understanding of infrastructure systems: WAN/LAN, cloud servers, personal computing, backup, and related applications.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets) and project management tools.
Solid knowledge of project and software development life cycles (PMLC, SDLC, Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
