Senior Personal Lines Account Manager
HigginbothamPersonal Lines Account Manager responsible for managing insurance coverages and client relationships at insurance firm. Collaborating with stakeholders to manage policy renewals and new business.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing client’s current insurance coverages
- Marketing new and renewal business
- Attending client meetings and influencing decision-making on behalf of the insured
- Preparing endorsements to send to the insurance carriers
- Assisting with cancellations of policies
- Educating clients about coverages and making recommendations as needed
- Handling renewals and remarkets as needed
- Developing proposals and presenting to clients
- Maintaining detailed customer records in the agency management systems (Applied EPIC and CSR 24)
- Maintaining healthy working relationship with underwriters, carriers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-8 years of Personal Line Insurance experience required
- Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required
- Designations strongly preferred (i.e. CIC, CPRIA)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable
