About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Follow design direction to ensure projects are branded, engaging, scalable, and efficient
Assist in creative brainstorming and ensure designs align with overall communication strategies
Quickly solve problems, issues, or delays regarding print or digital design and production deliverables
Work with departmental teams to create or update collateral that supports pre- and post-sales deliverables
Help create custom designs for a revenue-generating communications program that fulfills client needs
Participate in internal and external meetings to showcase capabilities and provide tailored guidance
Identify new areas for learning to improve team skills and performance
Be aware of changes in employee benefits regulations, industry trends, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in employee benefits design and production
Bachelor's degree in design, communications, marketing, or a related field
Employee benefits knowledge is desired
Experience in digital, print, and/or broadcast communications required
Proficiency with Adobe, Asana, and Microsoft Office products is required
Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Experience working with templates, paragraph/character styles, and style sheets
Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining creativity
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize projects and work under high pressure
