Key responsibilities & impact

Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers and company personnel
Collectively plan, design and implement appropriate insurance programs for clients
Maintain knowledge of new developments or changes with various carriers and new Federal/State laws
Generate premium allocations for clients; negotiate rate terms and conditions with Carriers
Provide technical support to Producers; prepare necessary proposals, summaries of insurance and applications
Remarket, contact clients, renew policies by agency standards
Consult, inform and educate audit procedures to clients in conjunction with producer
Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions

What you’ll need

3-5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience required
Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable
