Commercial Lines Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers and company personnel
- Collectively plan, design and implement appropriate insurance programs for clients
- Maintain knowledge of new developments or changes with various carriers and new Federal/State laws
- Generate premium allocations for clients; negotiate rate terms and conditions with Carriers
- Provide technical support to Producers; prepare necessary proposals, summaries of insurance and applications
- Remarket, contact clients, renew policies by agency standards
- Consult, inform and educate audit procedures to clients in conjunction with producer
- Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience required
- Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable
