About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct and document SRA and CSRA assessments for individuals enrolled in services.
Provide clinical supervision and monthly training to Case Managers (3–4 hours max per supervisee/month).
Review case documentation and offer timely, constructive feedback.
Support team members with clinical concerns and quality standards.
Oversee quality assurance and assist in service or program enhancements.
Act as Risk Manager, collecting data for quarterly reporting and compliance tracking.
Coordinate services through internal systems and contribute to program documentation and policy development in alignment with OhioMHAS and Medicaid guidelines.
Ensure all team members have necessary tools, resources, and clinical direction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related CACREP-accredited field
Current Ohio license (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT) – residency in Ohio not required
1–2 years of direct clinical experience with mental health and/or substance use populations
Minimum 1 year of experience supervising or training other professionals
Strong understanding of community-based mental health practices and service documentation
Certified in CPR/First Aid and behavioral management (or willing to obtain)
Valid driver’s license and clean record (for any field-based work if applicable)
Ability to pass an FBI/BCI background check.
