About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct and document SRA and CSRA assessments for individuals enrolled in services.
- Provide clinical supervision and monthly training to Case Managers (3–4 hours max per supervisee/month).
- Review case documentation and offer timely, constructive feedback.
- Support team members with clinical concerns and quality standards.
- Oversee quality assurance and assist in service or program enhancements.
- Act as Risk Manager, collecting data for quarterly reporting and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate services through internal systems and contribute to program documentation and policy development in alignment with OhioMHAS and Medicaid guidelines.
- Ensure all team members have necessary tools, resources, and clinical direction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related CACREP-accredited field
- Current Ohio license (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT) – residency in Ohio not required
- 1–2 years of direct clinical experience with mental health and/or substance use populations
- Minimum 1 year of experience supervising or training other professionals
- Strong understanding of community-based mental health practices and service documentation
- Certified in CPR/First Aid and behavioral management (or willing to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and clean record (for any field-based work if applicable)
- Ability to pass an FBI/BCI background check.
