About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform site surveys and technical assessments to prepare for new installations and capability demonstrations.
Execute deployments of Hidden Level sensor networks and supporting infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in the field.
Provide field support for customer demonstrations ensuring reliable system performance and clear communication of technical capabilities.
Coordinate logistics for field activities, including equipment preparation, transport, and setup.
Document field work, test results, and issues encountered; contribute to improving processes, procedures, and documentation.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to improve product reliability and deployment efficiency.
Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including customer-facing troubleshooting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
4+ years of experience in field engineering, technical support, or systems deployment role
Experience troubleshooting integrated hardware and software systems in real-world environments
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP networking, routers, switches, basic configuration)
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and system diagrams
Experience with command-line interfaces for system configuration and troubleshooting
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
Active secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance within 6 months of employment
