💰 $55,000 - $75,000 per year

About the role

  • Serve as a direct clinical professional providing individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Treat a selected caseload of clients suffering from behavioral health and addiction related issues.
  • Perform biopsychosocial assessments.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment and discharge planning for clients.
  • Maintain a current license, certification, and registration as applicable.
  • Contact assigned client within 24-hours of admission and conduct weekly 1:1 encounters.
  • Complete required documentation within specified timelines including treatment plans and session notes.
  • Effectively lead groups and complete group session individual notes in EMR.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations including procedure for release of client information.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree and Current Indiana Licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PSY.D, LPCC) or License Eligibility
  • At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred.
  • Commitment to client, family, and referent satisfaction
  • Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude
  • Impeccable ethics, integrity, and customer relations skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR.
  • Knowledge of “best practices” behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies
  • Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification preferred.
  • Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele.
