About the role
- Serve as the primary facilitator for all clients on the continuum between admission and discharge
- Monitor the progress of the treatment plan and delegate the plan for clinical engagement by the team
- Lead the Clinical Team consisting of Licensed and License Eligible Therapists, Case Managers, Substance Abuse Coaches, Client Coordinator with the assistance of the Clinical Manager
- Conduct competency reviews and training, and routine performance improvement evaluations including job specific training
- Audit the EMR system for all clients to ensure prompt and accurate documentation is completed
- Provide initial screening for potential client admissions when needed and carry a case load of 5-8 clients
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance in all communication regarding clients
- Additional duties as directed
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a Behavioral Health discipline
- Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience
- Active, unrestricted, clinical license
- Dependable and have reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Basic oral and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
