About the role
- Provides individual, group, and family therapy
- Performs biopsychosocial assessments
- Participates in multi-disciplinary treatment and discharge planning for clients
- Completes necessary documentation within specified time frames
- Leads group therapy sessions and reviews case management progress notes
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations
- Engages in ongoing performance improvement activities
Requirements
- Master’s Degree and Current Indiana Licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PSY.D, LPCC) or License Eligibility
- At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred.
- Commitment to client, family, and referent satisfaction
- Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude
- Impeccable ethics, integrity, and customer relations skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR.
- Knowledge of “best practices” behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies
- Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification preferred.
- Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele.
