About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide direct oversight and follow-up across assigned hospital accounts, service lines, free-standing EDs, and MOBs
  • Conduct follow-ups on VP site visits and confirm completion of action items and resolution of compliance issues
  • Track and manage Account Condition Reports (ACR) and related action plans
  • Lead and schedule the Traveling Floor Care Team across accounts
  • Monitor and support the HCAPS Playbook rollout, training, and implementation
  • Oversee safety program execution and closure of incident reports
  • Support Quality Assurance initiatives and site QA goals and metrics
  • Review Operations Packs for accurate, current documentation aligned with company standards
  • Provide field support during regulatory surveys and inspections
  • Prepare sites for compliance readiness
  • Provide operational backfill during leadership transitions, leaves of absence, or performance improvement periods
  • Coach and support onsite leaders to ensure service excellence, team engagement, and patient-focused outcomes

Requirements
