About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as part of the corporate clinical team.
Work closely with the VP of Clinical Nutrition and regional Registered Dietitians (RDs).
Mentor and train RDs, Clinical Nutrition Managers (CNMs), and Lead Clinical Dietitians within the assigned region.
Create, implement, train, and monitor nutritional programs to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Hire, train, and mentor RDs and CNMs.
Monitor individual clinical competency of RDs for regulatory compliance.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and state and federal regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Registered Dietitian license required
5+ years of acute care experience with managerial duties preferred
Expert knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.
Excellent at client relationship management skills.
Conducts self in a positive, professional manner.
Self-started, ability to work independently.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to multi-task and manage personnel remotely.
Must be able to travel 75% of their time (both air and ground)
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, management teams, and clinical teams, both orally and in writing.
