About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing all phases of the division’s proposal process
  • Overseeing all proposal activities to develop RFP-compliant, competitive proposals and presentations
  • Serving as a proposal coordinator, organizing and managing content from subject matter experts
  • Producing cohesive, RFP-compliant proposals and presentations
  • Supporting sales leaders by creating and maintaining collateral
  • Driving new business and retaining existing customers
  • Managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality, competitive collateral.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of diverse healthcare facility operations.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to organize, assemble, and manage content effectively.
  • Skilled at translating complex or technical concepts into clear, client-ready narratives.
  • Ability to coordinate SMEs, marketing, and design teams to produce cohesive, compliant, and visually compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Experience developing and managing proposal schedules, content outlines, management reviews, and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure.
  • Excellent written communication, grammar, composition, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other workplace software.
