About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of proposal managers who manage the full spectrum of proposal activities, including RFP responses, customer presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Oversee standardized processes, templates, and best practices across proposals, presentations, and collateral to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Provide strategic guidance on content development, messaging, and customer-facing narratives across proposals, presentations, and supporting sales materials.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to produce compelling, visually polished proposals, presentations, one-pagers, and other customer-facing collateral.
  • Manage proposal schedules, content reviews, and deadlines for multiple, high-priority projects, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Monitor quality and compliance of all proposals, presentations, and collateral, driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase win rates and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, offering insights to strengthen business development strategies and overall customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Expertise in translating complex or technical information into clear, persuasive, customer-ready content across proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to produce cohesive, compliant, and visually compelling materials.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and proposal or project management software.
