About the role

  • Passionate about testing high-quality systems with implementation of best practices. Has to act as SPOC for the entire application. Ability to perform and orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously. Develop Test Plans, Write and execute test cases. Able to create and implement test cases in a rapid prototyping environment with minimal supervision. Should be able to work independently and able to coordinate with teams across geo-graphic locations. Should be able to interact with the clients and flexible to support on need basis Good communication skills – Spoken / Written (client interactions {Preferable}) Willing to work on different time zones to coordinate with offshore team based on need. Software testing and quality assurance. Evaluate and identify new testing technologies. Review requirements and help in estimating project timelines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in testing web-based applications preferably using .Net 6+ years of manual testing experience; writing test cases and executing them is necessary 4+ years of experience in regression, integration & system level test execution Previous experience in testing integrations Previous experience in testing API’s Knowledge in Requirements Gathering and Analysis and active participation is must Participation for full SDLC & STLC in at least one application is must Previous experience in mobile testing (preferred) Exposure to different domains, QA methodologies and QA documentation (preferred) Experience in developing test plan, test metrics & test scenarios (preferred) Achieving cross browser testing and compatibility is an asset (preferred) Resources with knowledge on testing frontend using browser tools is a plus (preferred)
