About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

maximizing the success of products by analysis, planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle
gathering and prioritizing market/product requirements
defining the product vision and goals
collaborating with Product Management leadership, Product Development, Sales and Marketing, and Delivery teams to deliver successful products
ensuring revenue and client satisfaction goals are met
conducting regular product roadmap reviews, product demos, and product advisory workshops with internal and external stakeholders
preparing and presenting new product business cases to senior leadership
partnering with Product Management and Technology Leadership on long-term strategic initiative planning and resource alignment
partnering with Sales and Marketing in areas such as understanding evolving market needs, ensuring success of campaigns
ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met, particularly for caregivers, members, and clinicians
balancing new feature development with technical debt, performance, and security considerations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Product Management preferably in the health IT vendor space
3+ years of experience in home health and/or home care solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, and customer management
Advanced product roadmap planning and prioritization skills
Proficiency in customer journey mapping and VoC analysis
Excellent cross-functional leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to leverage data analytics to drive decisions
Expert-level communication skills for eliciting and understanding customer needs, conveying vision, authoring complex product requirements, and delivering crisp market-facing documents and presentations
Ability to develop strong working relationships and assert influence across departments to manage stakeholder expectations and drive the overall success of the product
In-depth understanding of Agile Product Management and Development principles
Familiarity with SaaS business model and associated product health metrics and configuration concepts
Experience in defining and/or executing on go-to-market strategies and plans
Working experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar tools
Familiarity with API integration development, 3rd party support, web application framework and database concepts
Ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with customers and internal team members
Experience working with overseas business analysts and engineering teams
