Prepare, draft, and review legal, regulatory, and operational documents, including customer and vendor contracts, regulatory filings, reports, and insurance applications
Manage contract lifecycle, including contract tracking, renewal, and compliance tracking
Implement and manage legal tech solutions
Maintain and organize corporate records, legal documents, records, and files
Coordinate dispute-related processes, including litigation holds and subpoena responses
Collaborate with attorneys on various legal projects and initiatives
Recommend process improvements to reduce legal risk
Develop strategies to streamline legal operations
Manage administration of outside counsel and external legal spend
Assist on special projects
Report to General Counsel
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification
5+ years’ experience as a paralegal or legal operations professional, preferably with in-house experience
Strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment
Proficient in legal research and document management
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in documentation
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
Comfort working independently and communicating with executives and senior management
Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel
