About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect GTM systems infrastructure — responsible for designing, scaling, and evolving the automation and integration ecosystem
Partner with RevOps and Marketing Ops to design how funnel data flows
Maintain and evolve the automation architecture connecting HubSpot, Salesforce, and other GTM tools
Continuously identify friction in Growth execution and design automation to remove it
Shape the strategic evolution of the GTM tool stack
Embed AI agents and LLM-powered automation across the GTM stack
Ensure Growth programs respond dynamically to customer readiness
Build scalable automation for events, webinars, content downloads, and outbound support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
5–8 years building and scaling GTM, growth, or revenue systems in a B2B environment
Proven record of designing automation that directly influenced pipeline, revenue, or lifecycle performance
Experience owning cross-functional execution between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
Background in SaaS or complex go-to-market environments strongly preferred
AI-first systems architect — designs GTM automation that embeds AI at key decision points
Practical prompt engineering for GTM — writes, evaluates, and iterates prompts
Deep experience building multi-step workflows that eliminate manual handoffs and accelerate revenue velocity
Ability to diagnose bottlenecks across the marketing-to-sales funnel
Technically fluent across no-code, low-code, and AI-augmented tooling
