About the role

  • Manage a team of Billing Specialists
  • Generate and submit claims to insurance companies, government programs, and other payers
  • Utilize agency management software for billing tasks
  • Record and post payments received
  • Monitor and follow up on unpaid claims
  • Serve as a revenue cycle subject matter expert
  • Develop and update team training documentation
  • Collaborate with other operational and product teams
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through strategic engagement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
  • Deep knowledge of billing, common denials, payment posting, electronic transaction formats, and payer portal navigation
  • Understand the processes and requirements related to exchanging health care information with Home Health Agencies
  • Proven success in customer engagement and relationship management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic and skilled at solving problems with clear, fact-based recommendations
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable to change and collaborative across cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity.
