About the role
- Establish a deep and comprehensive understanding of current HHAeXchange quote-to-cash flow, including sales processes, integrations, and billing requirements.
- Establish a deep and comprehensive understanding of HHAeXchange product list.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to document requests and gather requirements for enhancements and bug resolution within the quote-to-cash process and/or product list.
- Design and configure automation processes via Flow builder, Product Rules, and Price Rules.
- Establish a deep and comprehensive understanding of current HHAeXchange Advanced Approvals.
- Design and configure changes to Advanced Approvals.
- Provide direct support to end users building quotes and contracts.
- Establish a deep and comprehensive understanding of our policies and procedures around standard and one-off discounting, pricing, amendments, contract terms & more, and use that understanding to inform all support, designs, and recommendations.
- Manage (independently or with the support of Manager, Revenue Systems) integrations and installed packages including, but not limited to: DocuSign, Stripe, NetSuite)
- Create documentation or training content to be delivered to end users for process enhancements.
- Maintain a catalog of process documentation, identifying key risks and testing requirements to ensure releases do not negatively impact another area or process.
- Understand and follow governance policies to align the team on prioritization, capacity, and release processes.
- Perform gap analysis to better optimize systems and processes to suit end-user needs.
- Perform Data analysis and clean-up of existing Contract and Subscription data as needed to correlate with billing data out of NetSuite.
- Maximize out-of-the-box solutions and limit custom development wherever possible.
- Understanding of the following objects and their typical processes: products, pricing, discounting, quoting processes, booking, order fulfillment, contracts and subscriptions, amendments, renewals, etc.
Requirements
- Salesforce CPQ Certification or Salesforce Admin certification required
- At least 2 years’ experience providing Admin level support to a Salesforce environment with CPQ and Advanced Approvals
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience on the Salesforce platform in an administrative capacity with proven expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative and low-code techniques
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering CPQ solutions
- Experience with SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise/National sales & contracting processes
- Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and thrive in a dynamic work environment, specifically a high growth organization where goals or processes can rapidly evolve
- Previous experience working with the following tools is preferred:
- DocuSign
- NetSuite
- CLM (Ironclad, LinkSquares, Conga, etc.)
- Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role
