About the role
- The role will be focused on civil litigation, with an emphasis on technical development and professional growth.
- Analysis of court cases, drafting interim petitions, defenses, responses to appeals, embargos and other complex pleadings, as well as preparing emails, legal opinions, reports and monitoring spreadsheets.
- The routine will also include contact with internal bank managers by phone and e-mail to provide legal advice, in addition to updating systems and performing case searches in court databases.
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
- Knowledge of Civil Procedure and proficiency with court electronic systems.
- Experience with enforcement of extrajudicial instruments, debt collection actions and monitory proceedings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, proactivity and commitment to deadlines and technical quality.
