About the role
- Participate in the deployment of services offered to our clients
- Collaborate with the Sales and Quality departments and support R&D teams
- Handle customer requests via the ticketing software (Zoho Desk)
- Manage client relationships and contribute to the development of customer service offerings
- Industrialize new service offerings within the EOT customer support department
- Provide support and technical expertise to clients
- Deploy equipment, perform necessary integrations/interfaces, and deliver user training
Requirements
- Master's degree (Engineering degree or equivalent)
- Technical skills in optronics or electronics
- Knowledge of infrared technology, test benches, or infrared cameras is a plus
- Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles within a technical-sales context is appreciated
- Moderate mobility (travel approximately one week every two months)
- Fluent English required
