About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the administrative backbone for the IT department, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and policy communication.
  • Provide organizational support to the IT team by facilitating meetings, tracking leave, coordinating business trips, and assisting with vendor management.
  • Provide administrative support to various IT departments, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR Department for Company events and activities such as company parties and lunches.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Carry out any further duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in an IT or technical environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Jira, Confluence, project management software).
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, procedures, and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with event planning, travel coordination, and vendor management is desirable.
