About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate daily workflows across performance marketing activities
  • Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed within deadlines
  • Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and process tracking
  • Coordinate communication between Marketing, Design, BI/Data, Product, Compliance, and other stakeholders
  • Follow up on pending actions and ensure alignment across teams
  • Document meeting notes, action items, and operational updates
  • Support process optimization initiatives within the performance marketing function
  • Help improve team workflows, documentation standards, and operational efficiency
  • Track project progress and escalate blockers when necessary
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and knowledge-sharing materials
  • Organize team schedules, meetings, and recurring operational reviews
  • Support vendor/platform account management and access coordination
  • Maintain internal documentation and campaign archives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, campaign coordination, or analytical support roles
  • Experience in fintech, forex, iGaming, or high-performance acquisition environments
  • Exposure to performance marketing environments is considered a strong advantage
  • Experience working with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow-up discipline
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and KPIs
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with reporting tools and dashboards is a plus
  • Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
