About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Check KYC documents and activate accounts
  • Monitor and update existing account opening procedures
  • Process and monitor client deposits & bonus operations
  • Investigate and process client withdrawal requests
  • Process internal and external transfers
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s anti-fraud policy by conducting thorough investigations
  • Provide assistance to all departments for back office related tasks in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with general finance/ KYC inquiries
  • Report to Team Leader as per the reporting requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Diploma or University/ College Degree in Accounting/ Mathematics or a Management field or any equivalent qualification
  • 1+ years’ of experience would be considered an advantage
  • Must be able to work on a 24/7 rota basis (shifts: 07:00-15:30; 09:00:17:30; 15:30- midnight)
  • Flexible to work on weekends or public holidays (when required)
  • I.T. Proficiency
  • Fluency in English
  • Any additional language would be considered an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi task and able to work within strict deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
