About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and update our legal management software and internal servers.
- Ensure that every contract, corporate record, and legal file is correctly categorised and instantly accessible.
- Manage and organize internal Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
- Responsible for gathering and keeping these records current to ensure we always remain up to date.
- Act as the primary support for our Legal Administrators.
- Assist in drafting routine correspondence, preparing document packages, and tracking deadlines.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the wider legal team.
- Help streamline workflows where needed to ensure the department operates at peak efficiency.
- Regularly audit our digital filing systems to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or missing information proactively.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in an office environment, data management, or a basic understanding of KYC/fiduciary services is an advantage.
- High level of precision; the candidate must take pride in maintaining impeccable data accuracy and highly organized documentation.
- Fast learner with critical thinking skills to use in fast-paced scenarios.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
