About the role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of HFM offices, ensuring they are clean, safe, fully stocked, and functional.
- Assist leadership in scouting, setting up, and launching new office space.
- Manage relationships with local landlords, cleaning services, maintenance crews, and utility providers.
- Manage the office budget and handle the purchasing of equipment, furniture, and kitchen/office supplies.
- Ensure all locations comply with Cyprus health and safety regulations and that all protocols are up to date, as per directives given by the Group Health & Safety Officer.
- Coordinate internal events, team lunches, and contribute to an office atmosphere that reflects HFM’s values.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, maintain office records, and assist with light administrative tasks for the local management team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Office Management, Facilities, or high-level Administration.
- Must be based in (or willing to commute daily to) Larnaca.
- Fluency in English and Greek is essential for dealing with local vendors and HFM employees.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport (to travel between local sites).
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Google Workspace.
- A "can-do" attitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Impeccable organisational and time management skills.
