About the role

  • Execute daily payment runs (local and international) accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor and reconcile daily bank balances across multiple accounts and currencies
  • Ensure sufficient liquidity is available to meet operational and funding needs
  • Support the opening, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts, including KYC documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date bank mandates, signatory lists, and account documentation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Compliance) and external banking partners
  • Assist with cash positioning, short-term cash forecasting, and reporting
  • Assist with FX conversions and excess cash investments
  • Ensure treasury activities comply with internal controls, policies, and approval frameworks
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to treasury operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve payment processes and treasury controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, Accounting, or Banking (depending on seniority)
  • Strong understanding of payment processes and bank account operations
  • Experience working with online banking platforms and payment systems
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
