About the role

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the line manager and product managers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and in-depth user research.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and propose solutions to UX problems.
  • Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate designs and uncover user pain points.
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Create high-quality design assets including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for mobile and web interfaces.
  • Ensure a consistent and branded look across all products of the company.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a UI/UX designer, product designer, or a similar role.
  • Proven working experience in reading software documentation and producing design prototypes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centered approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply user research and usability testing findings to the design process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to estimate and meet deadlines, high quality standards for your work, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma.
  • Knowledge of Wireframe tools.
