About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage key field relationships with our provider partners and their teams to drive adoption, retention, and consistent origination performance.
- Collaborate with corporate partners and field reps to ensure alignment, share best practices, and support joint goals.
- Monitor territory performance closely.
- Spot trends early, identify gaps, and proactively take steps to support underperforming offices.
- Identify and close new opportunities.
- Support provider offices to operate effectively.
- Deliver strong presentations that communicate the value of our program clearly to both clinical and business stakeholders.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in field sales, territory management, or customer success
- Experience in Dental, Orthodontics or patient financing a plus but not required
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfort with performance metrics and accountability
- Confidence presenting to diverse stakeholders, from treatment coordinators and office managers to executives
- Organized and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
- A mindset focused on partnership, problem-solving, and execution
