About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assisting with oversight of newer and more complex department initiatives
Serving as a subject matter expert for fraud, recovery, provider risk, and portfolio management functions
Supporting cross-functional projects and operational improvements
Assisting with provider recovery efforts, recourse reviews, and financial exposure analysis
Supporting reporting development, data validation, and portfolio analytics
Assisting with vendor coordination and recovery operations
Conducting research and preparing recommendations for escalated matters
Supporting quality assurance efforts across expanded department functions
Assisting with training and development as new responsibilities are introduced
Helping manage project work and strategic initiatives that extend beyond the department's core functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in portfolio administration, financial operations, fraud/recovery, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to serve as a subject matter expert across provider risk, recovery, and portfolio management functions
Experience supporting fraud investigations, recourse reviews, or financial exposure/recovery analysis a plus
Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Fraud, Compliance, Treasury, Enablement, IT, and Engineering teams
Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting development, data validation, or portfolio analytics
Ability to research complex or escalated issues and prepare clear, well-supported recommendations
Comfortable mentoring or training others as departmental responsibilities evolve
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft excel
