About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assisting with oversight of newer and more complex department initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in portfolio administration, financial operations, fraud/recovery, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a subject matter expert across provider risk, recovery, and portfolio management functions
  • Experience supporting fraud investigations, recourse reviews, or financial exposure/recovery analysis a plus
  • Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Fraud, Compliance, Treasury, Enablement, IT, and Engineering teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting development, data validation, or portfolio analytics
  • Ability to research complex or escalated issues and prepare clear, well-supported recommendations
  • Comfortable mentoring or training others as departmental responsibilities evolve
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel
