💰 $70,000 - $115,000 per year
About the role
- Manage key field relationships with provider partners and their teams to drive adoption, retention, and origination performance
- Collaborate with corporate partners and field reps to ensure alignment and share best practices
- Monitor territory performance, spot trends early, identify gaps, and support underperforming offices
- Identify and close new opportunities through partner referrals or proactive outreach
- Support provider offices to operate effectively as a trusted advisor on HFD products
- Deliver strong presentations communicating program value to clinical and business stakeholders
- Own onboarding process to ensure new offices are trained and originating quickly
- Gather field feedback to inform product development, pricing, and internal improvements
- Provide weekly updates with outcomes, progress toward goals, and improvement plans
Requirements
- Experience in field sales, territory management, or customer success
- Experience in Dental, Orthodontics or patient financing a plus but not required
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfort with performance metrics and accountability
- Confidence presenting to diverse stakeholders, from treatment coordinators and office managers to executives
- Organized and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
- Mindset focused on partnership, problem-solving, and execution
- Ability to navigate integrations and system configurations to support adoption
- Based in Dallas, TX and willing to travel throughout Texas and into OK and KS
