About the role
- Assist in the execution of capital markets transactions, including debt and equity issuance and securitization activities
- Prepare and maintain investor reports, compliance documentation, and respond to investor inquiries
- Conduct market research and analyze funding opportunities to support liquidity planning
- Build and update financial models for scenario analysis and performance tracking
- Monitor market trends, interest rates, and competitor activity to inform team strategy
- Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate cash forecasting and reporting
- Support preparation of presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Physics, Engineering, Math or in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, treasury, or capital markets (internship experience acceptable)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Familiarity with financial modeling and basic understanding of debt instruments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus
