About the role
- Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines that feed forecasting models
- Create reporting infrastructure that illuminates actionable insights
- Mentor a small team of analysts and review their work
- Collaborate with marketing to understand campaign performance
- Bridge the gap between IT and revenue operations
- From roadmap to deployment, be accountable for outcomes
- Set standards for documentation, testing, and code quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a field where quantitative rigor was non-negotiable
- 6+ years in analytics, revenue operations, financial modeling, or pricing
- Advanced SQL (you don't need to look up JOIN syntax)
- Strong BI platform skills (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma)
- Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouses
- Python for analysis and automation
- A track record of delivering analytics products end-to-end
