About the role
- Manage and support Sinclair station conversion process efforts through oversight and direction of certified contractors, manufacturing vendor partners, and offers to Sinclair fuel distributors/customers.
- Interact with vendors, customers, sales and operations, and marketing daily.
- Track the various phases of the branding process in order to streamline bottlenecks, remove barriers, improve project timelines and support continuous improvement.
- Develops and supports execution of new brand programs and processes to maintain and grow 'high-quality' representative fuel locations.
- Train sales representatives, Vendor partners, contractors, and distributor/dealer personnel on developing branding/station conversion processes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Procurement or related fields required.
- Strong program and cross-functional team management, interpersonal and communication skills, solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Process management, manufacturing oversight, budgeting, Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite.
