Supply Chain

• Build, optimize, and scale existing systems for inventory planning and management, order fulfillment, and logistics to support the company's growth trajectory.
• Strengthen and expand 3PL warehouse relationships and last-mile delivery operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely order processing.
• Build and maintain strong manufacturer relationships, coordinating production schedules, quality standards, and lead times.
• Support new product development from a supply chain perspective, including vendor sourcing, costing analysis, and production feasibility.
• Continuously improve supply chain processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain, from manufacturing to final delivery.
• Collaborate directly with the GM to craft and execute strategies for expanding the company's product offerings and supply chain capabilities.
• Lead strategic supply chain projects to achieve key business outcomes and operational milestones.
• Utilize data to monitor, measure, and report on key supply chain metrics. Generate insights and actionable recommendations to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Design and implement systems, processes, and infrastructure to enable the future operations team to scale as the company grows.
