About the role
- Work closely with customers to understand workflows and requirements
- Design and build prototypes to solve real-world problems
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Work across APIs, integrations, and system design

Requirements
- Strong technical background and ability to code when needed
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Heavy user of AI tools to move fast (Cursor, Claude, Codex, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly
- Comfortable working under pressure and tight timelines
- Bonus: Experience with enterprise deployments or integrations
- Familiarity with telephony or voice AI systems
