About the role
- Support in 360° recruiting for sales positions: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the process through to hiring and contract stage.
- Independent active sourcing for various sales roles — using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools and social media, among other channels.
- Conduct initial interviews (screening calls) and guide candidates through the entire application process.
- Attend hiring weeklies and exchange updates with hiring managers and stakeholders, including pipeline updates and status reports.
- Help shape and optimize our recruiting processes, candidate experience and sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to HR projects, talent marketing initiatives and employer branding (optional).
Requirements
- You are a enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Business Psychology, HR, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field) and live in Berlin.
- Some experience in recruiting, sales, HR, business development or a comparable role is a plus.
- You work in a structured, reliable and independent way and have a strong understanding of people and communication.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- High willingness to learn, interest in talent acquisition and a desire not only to get to know recruiting but to really understand it.
