About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage inbound brand partnership inquiries and assess opportunities
Coordinate and match brands with suitable creators/talent
Act as the main point of contact between brand partners and talent
Support and drive deals from initial inquiry through to close
Advocate for talent throughout the negotiation and deal process
Track and manage opportunities across the pipeline
Maintain and update workflows within TeamInbox, Basecamp, or similar tools
Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication across all stakeholders
Proactively follow up on opportunities to keep momentum and drive conversions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client services (agency or influencer marketing experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Confident in representing and advocating for talent
Experience working with project management or communication tools (e.g., Basecamp) is a plus
