About the role

  • Proactively build and maintain customer relationships via phone calls and email campaigns
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through targeted research and analysis
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies, including identifying new sales channels and opportunities
  • Actively participate in marketing and sales activities to increase heyData's brand awareness and engage potential customers
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales team to maximize lead generation and optimize the sales process
  • Continuously monitor and report on sales activities and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and success

Requirements

  • Initial experience in B2B sales is a plus, but we are looking for motivation and the willingness to learn sales processes from the ground up, help shape them, and grow with heyData
  • Enjoy communicating with customers and have a customer-focused mentality
  • High initiative and the ability to work independently, combined with strong team spirit and the capacity to work in a dynamic environment
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and an interest in developments in compliance and data protection
  • Excellent communication skills in German and good command of English
