Key responsibilities & impact

As a BDR/SDR, you are the first point of contact for our leads
Use personalized outreach to ensure our solution is successfully introduced to the market
Anticipate objections and questions before they arise and develop targeted customer acquisition strategies
Create growth channels by identifying new market opportunities and pursuing innovative approaches
Maintain and organize your own sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
Your input and market insights are essential for continuously improving the teams and actively shaping the development of our sales strategy
Drive our mission to bring better work–life balance and (mental) health into companies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enjoy quickly building new contacts and establishing lasting relationships
Creativity and strategic thinking to enable tailored communication with leads
Proven experience in a similar environment (e.g., startup) and experience selling B2B products is a plus
Flexibility and passion to help shape continuous change
Team player who enjoys communicating and sees giving and receiving feedback as a valuable part of daily work
High level of drive and ability to work independently
