About the role
- Advise employees on childcare, parenting matters and organizational concerns as parents
- Conduct advisory appointments on a fee basis
- Provide support on questions regarding parental leave and parental allowance (Elterngeld)
Requirements
- Demonstrable professional qualification or substantial advisory experience in the area of parental leave & parental allowance
- Very good knowledge of the current legal regulations on parental leave and parental allowance
- Availability on 2–3 different days per week
- Advisory competence at least in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Empathetic, structured and clear advisory skills
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Confident handling of telephone and video consultations
- Basic technical equipment (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet connection)
