About the role

  • Further develop the product portfolio in the care areas of mental health, children & family, caregiving for relatives, and pet care.
  • Provide strategic leadership for the content side of our Care app: translate company objectives, vision, and OKRs into concrete projects and initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the content team (including our working students in content production).
  • Responsible for content quality, tone of voice, and relevance across all formats (videos, webinars, articles, courses, 1:1 consultations, interactive content, etc.).
  • Conceptualize and expand new content formats that sustainably support users and increase product engagement.
  • Manage stakeholders and collaborate with experts in psychology, nursing, education, and family counseling.
  • Improve our app using data-driven methods: define success metrics, analyze usage data and feedback, and derive optimizations.
  • Ensure an efficient content workflow, including planning, prioritization, briefing, production, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer teams to develop content that meets needs and stays close to users/customers.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have experience building an EAP, BGM (occupational health management), in the (mental) health sector, or with comparable content apps, and you are passionate about our care topics (mental health, family, caregiving, and pets).
  • You have experience leading (small) teams and enjoy motivating and developing others.
  • You have project management skills and ideally experience working across teams.
  • You have an understanding of technical processes and systems (ideally with an app).
  • You can analyze complex problems, prioritize them, and translate them into clear requirements.
  • You have experience working with analytics tools (reports, dashboards) and use them as essential tools in daily work.
  • A strong hands-on mindset, combined with an independent working style and creativity, enables you to work both strategically and operationally.
  • You have proven experience in a dynamic, agile environment (e.g., startup).
  • You bring a high level of commitment and passion.
  • You have excellent German and English skills (minimum C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
