• Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager who is equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on executor, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and feels deeply passionate about the role technology can play in expanding access to essential reproductive health care.
• As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the product vision and roadmap—then rolling up your sleeves to make it happen. You will lead the development and launch of features and tools that drive clinical efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional patient experience. Partnering closely with engineering, operations, clinical, and marketing teams, you will manage the full product lifecycle—from discovery to release and ongoing optimization—ensuring every initiative aligns with our mission and business goals. You’ll leverage data, user insights, and your own product intuition to make decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve our platform.
• The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of building and scaling user-centered digital products, an aptitude for data-driven decision-making, exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, and a relentless drive for improvement.
