About the role

  • Own and scale our performance marketing channels to drive profitable new customer growth
  • Audit the current setup across Paid Social and Paid Search – identify untapped potential and growth levers and define a clear strategy
  • Unlock new audiences through creative strategy, roadmap, and excellent execution
  • Drive creative excellence and message-market fit optimization across the full customer journey
  • Further build and lead a high-performing in-house performance team and manage external agencies
  • Drive growth by structurally testing new performance marketing channels with clearly defined targets
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and maximize business impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands through direct-response marketing and full-funnel growth
  • Proven experience building in-house performance teams, including strong, diversified, high-velocity creative pipelines
  • Strong analytical skills combined with customer-centric thinking and marketing/sales instincts to identify opportunities and bottlenecks
  • Lead execution with structured planning, testing, iteration, and learning alongside your team and stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, messaging, and value propositions, with the ability to translate these into high-converting customer journeys
  • Up-to-date knowledge of platform developments, algorithm changes, new tools and trends, and growth tactics across channels
